These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://greenlaneexpress.com and any related pages (the “Site”), including any online ordering or account features provided by Green Lane Express LLC (“Green Lane Express,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Age / Medical Requirements

Our Site and services are intended for:

Adult-use cannabis customers: adults 21 years of age or older, and
Medical cannabis patients and their registered caregivers as permitted by Minnesota law.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years old, or
You are an eligible medical cannabis patient at least 18 years old using the Site only as permitted by Minnesota law, or
You are a registered caregiver or parent/guardian using the Site on behalf of an eligible medical cannabis patient.

Medical cannabis patients under 18 will only be served through their registered caregiver or parent/guardian consistent with Minnesota’s medical cannabis program rules.

We do not market to or intentionally collect information from minors for independent use of the Site.

2. No Shipping; No Delivery; Minnesota-Only Pickup

Green Lane Express is a Minnesota cannabis microbusiness. We do not ship cannabis products. We do not offer home delivery or mail-order of cannabis products.

Any order placed through the Site is for in-person pickup at our licensed Minnesota location only. You are responsible for:

Ensuring that your purchase and possession of cannabis products complies with all applicable laws; and
Understanding that it is illegal to transport cannabis across state lines and illegal to consume cannabis where prohibited by law.

While adult-use cannabis is legal under Minnesota law for adults 21 and older, cannabis remains illegal under federal law. You are responsible for understanding how these laws apply to you, including if you travel outside Minnesota.

Certain product types (for example, smokable cannabis) may only be sold to individuals 21+ even if they are registered medical cannabis patients, if required by Minnesota law. We will only sell products in the forms and to the individuals that Minnesota law allows.

3. Not Medical or Legal Advice

Information on the Site is for general educational and informational purposes only and is not medical, legal, or professional advice.

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider about any medical condition or before using cannabis or cannabis products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take other medications.
Do not drive or operate machinery under the influence of cannabis.
Use cannabis responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

4. Your Account and Security

You may need to create an account to use certain features (such as online ordering or saving preferences).

You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
Keep your login credentials confidential; and
Notify us promptly at info@greenlaneexpress.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Orders, Pricing, Taxes, and Availability

5.1 Product Availability

All products, pricing, and promotions displayed on the Site:

Are subject to change without notice;
May be limited in quantity; and
May differ from what is available in-store at any given time.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or adjust offerings at our discretion.

5.2 Order Acceptance

Placing a product in your online cart and submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We may:

Accept or decline any order, in whole or in part;
Cancel an order due to suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions, stock availability, age or ID issues, or other legitimate reasons.

If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will process a refund consistent with our then-current refund policies and applicable law.

5.3 Pricing and Taxes

Prices listed on the Site may:

Include or exclude taxes, fees, and other charges; and
Be updated periodically to reflect changes in product sourcing, tax rates, and other costs.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with your purchase as determined at checkout and at the point of sale.

5.4 Payment Methods

We currently operate on a cash-only basis in accordance with cannabis industry banking and payment regulations. All transactions must be completed in cash at the time of pickup.

As regulations and banking options evolve, we may add additional payment methods in the future (for example, debit or electronic payments). Any new accepted payment methods and associated fees will be clearly disclosed at checkout or in-store.

6. Compliance with Law and House Rules

You agree that you will not use the Site or our services to:

Violate any local, state, or federal law, including cannabis laws;
Purchase products on behalf of or supply them to individuals who are not lawfully permitted to possess them (including individuals under 21 outside of the medical program);
Engage in fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized use of payment methods;
Attempt to bypass or defeat age and identity verification measures; or
Interfere with the security or operation of the Site.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Site if we believe you are violating these Terms or any applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, and software — are owned by Green Lane Express or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site or its content;
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Site, except where permitted by law; or
Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.

8. User Content and Feedback

If you submit reviews, comments, ideas, or other materials to us (“User Content”), you:

Represent that you have the right to share that content;
Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the User Content in connection with our business; and
Understand that we have no obligation to use or post your User Content.

You may not submit User Content that:

Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory;
Contains or promotes hate speech, harassment, or threats;
Infringes any third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights; or
Violates cannabis advertising restrictions (for example, content that targets or is especially appealing to minors).

We may remove or decline to publish User Content at our discretion.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, embedded menus, payment processors, mapping tools, or social media platforms).

We are not responsible for:

The content, privacy practices, or security of third-party sites; or
Any products or services offered by third parties.

Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to those third parties’ terms and policies.

10. Health and Safety Warnings

By using the Site and purchasing products from Green Lane Express, you acknowledge and agree that:

Cannabis may impair concentration, coordination, and judgment. There may be health risks associated with the use of cannabis, including for people who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions.
Effects of edible products may be delayed for two hours or more.
You will keep cannabis products out of reach of children and pets.
You will not drive or operate machinery under the influence of cannabis.

If you experience an adverse reaction, seek medical help immediately and/or contact emergency services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content, products, and services provided through the Site are offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
The Site or any content will be accurate, complete, or current; or
Any defects will be corrected.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in this section is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Green Lane Express and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, or any products or services purchased through the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the order or transaction at issue in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to:

Limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited by law; or
Waive any rights you may have under Minnesota law that cannot legally be waived.

13. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Lane Express and our owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Site;
Your violation of these Terms; or
Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law provides otherwise or allows you to bring claims in small claims court.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any rights or seeking any remedies that cannot be waived under Minnesota law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may also provide additional notice (for example, by posting a banner on the Site).

Your continued use of the Site after any changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe:

You have violated these Terms or any applicable law; or
Your use of the Site may expose us to legal risk or harm our operations.

You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

17. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced on the Site, form the entire agreement between you and Green Lane Express regarding your use of the Site.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted to best accomplish the original intent to the fullest extent permitted by law.
